What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item if you are not completely satisfied. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

As we process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this, orders are processed automatically by our system and later requests cannot be accommodated. You may still return your order once it has arrived for a full refund.

To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at info@oliviatreasures.uk to receive a returns number and full instructions. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How can I track my order?
